Photo Gallery Update: Wyoming and South Dakota
A recent collaboration with the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic led me to do some fieldwork in and around Devils Tower National Monument and the nearby Missouri Buttes. We conducted a gravimetric survey in order to test a new hypothesis on the origins of the Devils Tower and Missouri Buttes. Our preliminary findings will be first presented in the upcoming Geological Society of America (GSA) annual meeting, which will be held in Portland, Oregon.
BUT… Beyond the Moho is about my interests outside of the geosciences (contact me if you would to talk science). Otherwise, follow the bovine to some of the photos I took on this recent trip to Wyoming and South Dakota. Thanks!
